Canada's CITT Decides to Conduct Bid Challenge Inquiry into Procurement of Machinery and Tools

On October 16, 2007, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) decided to conduct a bid challenge inquiry into a government procurement bid challenge filed by Tenaquip Limited.  Tenaquip has alleged that Public Works Government Services Canada improperly disqualified its bid proposal in connection with Solicitation Number E60HP-07TOOL/A 

Interested parties, such as the winning bidder or other potential suppliers, may participate in the inquiry by filing a notice of participation with the CITT.
