Canadian International Trade Tribinal Orders Termination of AD/CVD Duties Against Stainless Steel Wire

On July 29, 2009, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a finding that the dumping of stainless steel wire from Korea, Switzerland and the United States, and the subsidizing of stainless steel wire from India were unlikely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore not continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these products.
