Canada Border Services Agency Initiates Antidumping Case Against Greehouse Bell Peppers from the Netherlands

On March 22, 2010, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an antidumping case against greenhouse bell peppers from the Netherlands. I should start with a caveat that Geoff Kubrick of Lang Michener LLP filed the complaint on behalf of Ontario Greenhouse Growers, of Leamington, Ontario.
