Portal Allows Reporting of Trade Fraud

Do you think one of your competitors is not complying with the U.S. import laws? If so, you will want to visit the Customs website and become familiar with e-Allegations which can be found at:

www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/trade_programs/e_allegations/ . This portal is intended to allow the public a means to report trade violations only. Anything related to national security should still be reported to law enforcement as before. Also keep in mind this portal was created by U.S. Customs so claimed violations of laws administered by other agencies are best reported directly to those agencies.

Given the ever increasing number of cases generated by whistleblowers which are pursued by the U.S. government, be prepared to defend your company and its activities!
